Thus far, Catholicpalooza has been funded entirely out of pocket by its founding members. Our first festival brought together people from all over the country to Richmond, Virginia, and we hit our attendance cap of 250; a huge success. However, this was only possible through the incredible generosity of our Catholic musicians who freely volunteered their talents.
For our next festival on July 27th, 2024, we are looking to double our attendance, double our line-up, and provide more opportunities for attendees to engage with the show. As we book acts for this festival, we want to provide fair compensation to our musicians. Without them, we have no festival, and for that we cannot rely on ticket and merch sales alone.
